Overview
The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Adamsons West Yorkshire facility. This includes managing people, processes, and resources to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in line with Adamsons values and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of all site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operation of multiple plants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental permits, health & safety legislation, and company policies.
- Manage, develop, and motivate site staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Deliver operational targets relating to safety, productivity, efficiency, quality, and service.
- Liaise with Environment Agency and other regulating bodies.
- Support strategic projects and business development activities as required.
