Adamson Associates (International) Limited is seeking a Principal Designer – CDM Manager with experience in mid- to high-rise office and residential buildings.
The successful candidates will work as part of an Architectural team and will have the following profile :
Qualifications
A dynamic individual who is well versed in CDM regulations and able to demonstrate their experience and knowledge working in this field
Experience working on large complex projects
Trained as a CDM coordinator and capable of fulfilling the Principal Designer role on a number of projects, as well as overseeing CDM sub-consultants\’ work in projects where this is required
Able to assist our Project Managers in fulfilling their duties
Capable of advising and assisting in preparing strategy and training documents
Able to deliver CDM-related training
Ideally professionally qualified as an Architect, Architectural Technician, or coming from an engineering background with an additional Health and Safety qualification
Certified member of the APS
Minimum 5 years\’ suitable experience
The successful applicant must have a positive attitude, with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting, a strong work ethic, and a solid ability to work with accuracy and take responsibility for their own work. They must be self-motivated, capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects, and should hold a clear ambition to grow with the firm.
