The Opportunity
These are pivotal roles suited to people who thrive on creating opportunities, shaping markets and representing a respected boutique brand. You will take our full proposition – executive placements, interim delivery, project solutions and advisory partnerships – to an entire sector of the Financial Services market, engaging directly at CXO level to help them achieve their transformation objectives. These are '180 degree' fully sales-focused positions, supported by an established and experienced resourcing and administration team for delivery. For the right individual, there is a genuine pathway to the executive leadership team. You will influence strategy, own sector growth and share in our overall business success through our Employee Ownership Trust structure, which rewards sustained performance and contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a sector growth plan for Retail Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Payments or Fintech.
- Win new clients and expand existing ones through consultative, solution-led sales.
- Engage with C-suite and senior decision makers, identify their business challenges and develop propositions utilising our full range of services.
- Work collaboratively with our team of delivery consultants to ensure excellent execution and foster repeat business.
- Represent Adams + Oliver at industry events and in thought leadership forums, conferences, round tables and on social media to increase brand visibility and commercial pipeline.
- Contribute to internal leadership discussions and business strategy, mentor colleagues, play a key role in A+O's development as part of a growing executive-track team.
Base Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Incentive: Uncapped, realistic OTE year one £120K+, future years £150K+

About You
Circa ten years' experience in recruitment, professional services, consulting, or technology services sales within Financial Services or Transformation. Demonstrable track record of winning and growing enterprise clients through consultative, insight-led sales. Confident and credible interacting with C-suite and senior functional leaders, translating their strategic goals into practical talent and delivery solutions. Entrepreneurial, proactive and accountable – you make things happen rather than waiting for direction. Familiar with your sector landscape and transformation themes such as AI, data analytics, digital transformation, risk and regulation within Financial Services. Good understanding of Change and Transformation roles and processes. Leadership experience or potential, ambition to reach a strategic board-level role within a few years.
