We are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Partner for our client, a prestigious Legal 500 firm. Founded nearly 25 years ago and with offices in London and surrounding areas, this business is highly regarded and offers genuine growth opportunities for the right individuals.

Litigation was the first practice area to be established and is flourishing - it encompasses commercial, civil and property litigation.

The role:

In this role, you will be dealing with a varied caseload across all the above-mentioned areas of litigation. Typical work will include:

  • Business disputes
  • Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Insolvency work
  • Debt recovery

Required skills and experience:

  • A confident and skilled litigator
  • Experience gained in an established and reputable UK law firm
  • Demonstrable ability to meet fee earning targets
  • Desire to grow your and the firm's existing practice
  • Experience in all the principal areas of litigation and ability to deal with litigation matters end to end with minimal supervision
  • Impeccable communication and strategy skills
  • Ability and willingness to grow client base and generate business for the firm
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also supporting other team members and other departments in the firm
