Our client, a prestigious UK Firm, is seeking a US Qualified lawyer for an Associate position based in the UK advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital investment, debt financing and corporate re-organisations.

The role will focus on providing advice to Emerging Companies (in various sectors) at every stage of their evolution which are either based in or looking to expand in the US market. The role will also provide the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the US Practice.

The successful candidate will have experience of working for a US law firm advising emerging companies and investors, and be US-qualified with a JD from a top US Law School. This will be coupled with proven experience of corporate transactional work and a genuine passion for working with emerging companies.
