As National Account Manager, you will have a passion for the FMCG industry and will lead efforts to introduce and promote the company's products across the UK. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have full ownership of key accounts while managing day-to-day administrative sales tasks, forecast accuracy, and ensuring products stand out in the competitive FMCG landscape.
- Support the ambitious growth agenda for the UK business, helping grow both its core range and NPD pipeline.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national distributors and online retailers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with sales partners to deliver sales targets.
- Ensure alignment of the sales & marketing plan for the UK.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery and trade spend activation.
- Partner with creative teams to produce compelling digital sales strategies.
- Handle, evaluate, and utilise sales data and insights effectively.
- Lead the NPD process based on financial planning (sales / profit / volume estimation).
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' FMCG experience managing UK Distributors and e-commerce channels.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
