To strengthen their footprint in the UK, they are establishing a new UK subsidiary under the European headquarters. The UK entity will be dedicated to driving sales and marketing of its products in the British market.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Lead to establish and lead the UK operations. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for building the UK subsidiary from the ground up, developing the sales and marketing organization, and driving brand growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of the UK subsidiary, reporting to the European headquarters
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the UK FMCG market and aligned with regional and global strategies
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Drive sales growth by strengthening partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement in the UK
- Ensure smooth alignment and communication between the UK entity, the European HQ, and the global HQ
- Manage P&L responsibilities for the UK subsidiary and ensure sustainable business growth
- Represent the organization in the UK market, ensuring compliance with local business regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12–15 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing leadership roles within the UK FMCG sector
- Strong track record in building and leading commercial organizations, ideally within international food brands
- In-depth knowledge of the UK FMCG B2B market, with established networks across wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up and scale a subsidiary organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
