A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator/Advisor Apprentice to join our team at our site in Roche. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience within a busy and professional automotive environment while developing valuable customer service and administrative skills. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department and provide excellent customer care.
As part of this role, you will also complete your apprenticeship training through Skillnet, gaining industry-recognised qualifications and ongoing support throughout your learning journey. Skillnet will help you build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to succeed in the automotive industry and progress your career.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good organisational abilities, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career within the motor trade while earning and learning at the same time.
