We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to drive growth across our parts and aftermarket business. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you'll take ownership of a territory, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in supporting customers within the commercial vehicle sector. If you enjoy being out on the road, developing accounts, and delivering real value to customers, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact within a fast-paced and essential industry.
You will act as the key link between our parts department and our customers, ensuring they receive the right products, advice, and service to keep their operations running smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but flexible, may include weekend working as and when required, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and trade customers.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support where required.
- Work closely with internal parts and service teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Full UK driving licence.
