The predicted salary is between 11 - 17 £ per hour.
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. This is a great chance to be part of a well-established company where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and supported.
Salary: Up to £14.28 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday on a rota basis 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week plus overtime, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities- Identify parts for the front and back counters.
- Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.
- Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.
- Process returns to the supplier.
- Process customer credits.
- Handle warranty returns.
- Stock receipting on DMS.
- Must be customer focused.
- Previous experience in a similar role with commercial vehicle parts experience an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
- A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience working to performance targets.
- Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
