A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator/Advisor Apprentice to join our team at our site in Roche. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience within a busy and professional automotive environment while developing valuable customer service and administrative skills. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department and provide excellent customer care. As part of this role, you will also complete your apprenticeship training through Skillnet, gaining industry-recognised qualifications and ongoing support throughout your learning journey.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good organisational abilities, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career within the motor trade while earning and learning at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting customers booking their vehicles in for service.
- Answering phones and taking bookings or forwarding queries to colleagues.
- Responding to emails, both internal and external.
- Using a variety of software systems (data entry).
- Assisting with invoicing.
- Filing and scanning paperwork.
- Liaising with Technicians.
Ideally we are looking for:
- GCSE Maths and English.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Motivated to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
