Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Organising bids
• Preparing estimates in full with breakdowns of labour, plant & materials
• Attending meetings internal and external
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Create new relationships with new clients
• Liaise with other departments within the business
• Ability to value engineer projects
