Adams Electrics Ltd is an established electrical contracting company based in Newton Abbot. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliability, we undertake a wide range of domestic, commercial, agricultural and industrial projects across the South West. Due to continued growth and a busy workload, we are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team.
Role Responsibilities
- Electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding
- Periodic inspection and testing
- Renewable energy works, including solar PV and EV charger installations
- Ensuring all work is completed to current wiring regulations and health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- 2391 (Inspection & Testing) qualification desirable, but not essential - we will support the right candidate to achieve this
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail, with a professional and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- (PV battery storage and EV charging qualifications would be a plus, but training would be provided)
