We are Hiring.

General Builder – Full Time

Company: Adam’s Contractors

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Adam’s Contractors is a family-run building company with over 60 years of trusted service. We’re looking to recruit an experienced General Builder to support our residential and light commercial projects across Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• First and second fix carpentry

• Basic plumbing and bathroom installs

• Demolition and strip-out work

• Steel installation and structural alterations

• Groundworks including drainage and foundations

• Working collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on building sites

• Able to read and interpret plans

• Skilled in multiple trades and confident working independently

• Punctual, reliable and committed to high standards

• Own tools, full UK driving licence and transport preferred
