As one of the first sales hires, you’ll own the full sales cycle, work closely with the founders, and help define the processes, messaging, and playbooks that will support future growth. This role is ideal for a commercially driven AE who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and being close to the product, customers, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Drive new revenue through outbound, inbound, and founder-led leads
- Build strong relationships with early customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Help refine ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales strategy
- Work closely with founders, product, and marketing to feedback learnings from the market
- Accurately forecast pipeline and manage deals in the CRM
- Support early renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive
- Experience selling in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
- Strong outbound capability and confidence generating your own pipeline
