The Company
They're making insurance and retirement benefits as easy to access as modern software - embedded directly into the HR and payroll platforms businesses already use. They're past the hard bit. Customers are live, revenue is growing, and they just got listed as one of the fastest growing UK startups. Now they need the person who sits closest to the customer.
The Role
You'll work directly with the engineering teams at global payroll providers and HR platforms - helping them integrate, unblock them when things break, and then walking back to the product team with exactly what needs to change.
The Stack
Open to many walks of life: .Net, Node.js, Python, or Typescript.
What's In It For You
- Strong salary and generous equity - you're being asked to help build something, you should own a piece of it.
- Full benefits stack: pension, health insurance, WFH stipend.
- Small team, high trust. No layers of approval, no death by committee. If you spot something broken, you fix it.
- You'll work across engineering, product, and customers from day one.
- You'll influence the roadmap - because you'll be the person who actually saw the problem.
What You Need
- 5+ years shipping real systems - ideally in a role that put you in front of customers with code in hand.
- You can explain an API to a non-technical stakeholder and write the integration on the same afternoon.
- Startups energise you. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down.
The Process
3 Rounds - very straightforward with zero lag. Right to work in the UK required. Sponsorship not available. You want to stay close to the code without losing sight of the customer. This is that role - hit apply or message me directly.
