ADAMA Ltd. invites a Regional Compensation & Benefits Partner to lead Total Rewards across the EAME region.

You will design regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans, ensuring alignment with global philosophies and local labor laws.

This is a hybrid role for candidates based in the UK, Poland, Hungary or Spain, with two days a week in the office.

You bring multinational C&B experience, fluent English and strong Excel/data storytelling skills.
