About The Role
Shape the future of Total Rewards across an entire region, we seek a dynamic and experienced Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Partner to drive our Total Rewards strategy across the EAME region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Candidates will only be considered based in UK, Poland, Hungary or Spain with two days per week expected at the office.
What You Will Do
As the Regional C&B Partner, you will be the key expert guiding compensation and benefits across multiple countries.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Implementing and communicating regional Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
- Designing regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans that align with global philosophies.
- Leading market benchmarking and salary survey activities to ensure competitiveness.
- Partnering closely with HRBPs to build attractive and motivating compensation packages.
- Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across all EAME markets.
- Collaborating with the global C&B team on initiatives, representing the region’s needs and insights.
- Playing a key role in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Supporting the design and implementation of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Reviewing and optimizing employee benefits for compliance, competitiveness, and cost effectiveness.
- Providing data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing regional workforce planning, including headcount and position management.
- Partnering with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure C&B decisions support the company’s objectives.
- What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Significant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within multinational organizations.
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures, SIP frameworks, and multi-country compliance.
- Proven success working across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, including advanced Excel skills and data storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing across multiple leadership levels.
- Independent, organized, and able to manage competing priorities across a broad regional scope.
