Adam Steel Studio is a fast‐growing Miami‐based design studio creating expressive and enduring metal furniture and architectural elements for high‐end contemporary interiors. Blending craftsmanship with innovation, we are shaping a new language for metal in modern design.
We are seeking an experienced and results‐driven Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the U.S. market. This is a remote position, open to applications globally, with flexibility for full‐time or contract employment.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic relationship building with a hands‐on approach to sales. You will engage directly with architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients, representing Adam Steel Studio's refined portfolio of custom metal furniture and architectural elements.
This role includes managing both B2B and B2C sales, working with qualified leads provided by the company and developing new opportunities through proactive outreach and industry networking.
Responsibilities:- Engage with qualified leads supplied by the company to develop new business & sales within the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and developers.
- Manage direct (B2C) sales of our furniture collection to private clients and design enthusiasts.
- Present and promote our custom metal furniture and architectural elements to professional and private audiences.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through project delivery.
- Proven experience in sales within furniture, interior design, or architectural materials.
- Strong ability to prospect, manage pipelines, and close high‐value deals.
- Understanding of the U.S. design and luxury interiors market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling both project‐based (B2B) and retail (B2C) sales.
- Goal‐oriented, self‐motivated, and highly organized, while being a strong team player.
- Passion for modern design, craftsmanship, and premium materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with design professionals and project‐based clients – Advantage.
