Adam Smith International (ASI) seeks highly senior specialists with experience supporting border management programmes in complex or fragile environments. Please note, this is a general call for CVs to build our pool of qualified experts.
Relevant background should include:
- Experience delivering US-funded programmes in Iraq or elsewhere in the Middle East, providing strategic advisory and capacity-strengthening support to improve border operations, investigations, and operational coordination in sustainable and practical ways.
- Support to civilian law enforcement and relevant institutions to strengthen analytical and coordination capabilities, including improving the use of information and evidence to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Advising on sustainable capacity building approaches, including mentoring, coaching, and train-the-trainer, to embed skills transfer, strengthen institutional ownership, and support long-term border security capability.
