About the Company

Adam Samuel International Recruitment, is currently working with a well established Mental Health business with the additional, care homes organosation and so on that is all part of an ambitious growing business. The client is looking to recruit for a Quality Lead-Hospital Specialism

Reporting to: Head of Quality and Compliance

Locations : Multiple sites (Pre-dominantly East Midlands 12 locations )

The undertake on-site quality inspections, collate intelligence and data, analyse evidence, assess risks, and produce high-quality written reports which inform the provider whether services are meeting regulatory compliance in line with the Health and Social Care Act.

To work collaboratively with services, and operational colleagues to support quality improvement where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quality and leadership background within the health sector, with knowledge and skills in mental health and nursing services. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum (plus car allowance), depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on quality inspections of hospital, nursing and residential services.
  • Analyse evidence, assess risks, and produce high-quality written reports
  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken to mitigate non-conformities and risk within services, ensuring progress of action plans are monitored and reviewed for assurance.
  • Conduct medication audits within a hospital setting, assessing compliance with regulations and best practice.
  • Have a good understanding of the regulations and best practice guidelines which govern good practice within the Mental Health Hospitals and nursing services.
  • Engage with patients, families, staff and leaders to obtain meaningful feedback as part of the inspection process.
  • Ensure services are compliant with the providers policies and procedures

· To support Managers and staff to understand quality management and implement changes to policy and practices across the services to reflect improvements.
