Culture doesn't happen by accident. It happens through leadership, communication and clarity.
We're looking for a senior Internal Communications leader who wants more than a messaging role. This is an opportunity to shape culture, influence leadership and help steer a business through growth, change and transformation.
Working alongside the Executive Team, you'll be the voice behind the vision—turning strategy into stories, bringing purpose to life and ensuring people feel connected, engaged and aligned as the organisation evolves.
You'll lead the internal communications and engagement agenda, helping leaders communicate with authenticity, building trust across the business and creating a culture where people understand where the organisation is heading and why they matter to its success.
This role sits at the heart of the business. You'll influence senior stakeholders, support major change programmes, strengthen employee engagement and help create an environment where people can do their best work.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to cut through complexity with clear, compelling communication.
If you're passionate about culture, thrive in fast-moving environments and want the opportunity to make a visible, lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is a permanent opportunity, and is offered on a hybrid site/home based.
