Our product managers work in small, cross-functional, autonomous teams alongside engineers and designers, collaborating with other teams across our organisation. As a Lead Product Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering collaboration, alignment, and professional growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our customers and business, identifying and prioritising opportunities that align with strategic goals.
- Take overall accountability for scoping, requirements elicitation, and solution design, ensuring clarity, action, and stakeholder engagement.
- Take a hands-on role in the elicitation of requirements and creation of specifications, working within one or across multiple product delivery teams.
- Work with our customer-facing teams to develop communication strategies that align with our product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to enable rapid value delivery and ensure success metrics are defined and understood.
- Advocate for Continuous Discovery and Continuous Deployment practices, creating alignment between strategic objectives and delivery plans.
- Act as a point of escalation for removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication.
