My client is a well-established, globally recognised brand that is looking for a Design Engineer to specifically focus on their shoring products. You will be working on CAD software daily, as part of their UK CAD Design Team, based out of their office near Aldridge, being the first person on the ground in the new office. This allows opportunities to step into management in the short – medium term, should that be something you wish to happen.
Key role and responsibilities for this Design Engineer Role:
- Provide a crucial link between the engineering and commercial functions
- Prepare drawings / check projects using CAD programs on a daily basis
- Helping deliver effective solutions and calculations under strict deadlines
- Tasked with following projects through from start to finish
Minimum requirements for this Design Engineer Role:
- Proficient in use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) Programs (AutoCAD or REVIT ideally)
- Are you based commutable to their office near Aldridge
