The Role
As a ServiceAdvisor, you will bethe main pointof contactfor customers throughouttheir service journey. Your responsibilitieswill include:
- Greeting customers anddiscussing their vehicleservice andrepair requirements.
- Booking vehicles intothe workshopefficiently.
- Keeping customers informedthroughout the repairprocess.
- Preparing estimates andexplaining completed work.
- Upselling additional productsand services whereappropriate.
- Liaising closely withtechnicians and theworkshop team toensure excellent servicedelivery.
- Delivering exceptional levelsof customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience asaService Advisoris essential.
- Experience within aprestige dealership wouldbe advantageous, butis not essential.
- Excellent communicationand customer serviceskills.
- Strong organisational skillswith the abilityto multitask.
- A professional, positive, and team-focusedattitude.
- Full UK drivinglicence preferred.
