Duties & Responsibilities of a MOT Tester/Technician:
- Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
- Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
- Must be a qualified MOT Tester.
- Experience in the Motor Trade as a MOT Tester/Technician.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
