We’re currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well‑established main dealership in New Southgate. This opportunity is open to technicians at all levels — from Service Technician through to Master Technician — offering excellent earning potential, a strong bonus structure and clear career progression.
The Role
- Working within a professional workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance and diagnostic tasks.
- Servicing and maintenance of vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Completing job cards and maintaining high levels of workmanship.
- Supporting team productivity and workshop efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
- Open to all levels: Service, Diagnostic or Master Technician.
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills (especially for senior levels).
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
What’s On Offer
- £32,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience/level).
- £10,000 – £12,000 bonus.
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends.
- Main dealer training and career progression.
