Heathrow Permanent | Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00/5:30pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Site Co-ordinator to join a busy and growing automotive business in the Heathrow area. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, hands-on and proactive who enjoys working around vehicles and being part of a fast-moving team. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation and ensuring vehicles and the forecourt are always maintained to a high standard.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Managing the daily presentation of the showroom and forecourt
  • Ensuring vehicles are clean, well presented and correctly displayed
  • Checking that vehicle photos and online listings are accurate and up to date
  • Making sure vehicle pricing and signage on the forecourt is correct
  • Liaising with the valeting team to ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
  • Coordinating vehicle movements and occasional deliveries between sites
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the site runs efficiently day to day
Your Background & Skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar automotive or site coordination role would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
