You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear advice, efficient service booking, and a friendly, professional experience every time. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work

  • Identify and upsell additional services, repairs, or products when appropriate
  • Accurately raise job cards, invoices, and process payments

Your Background & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Fast Fit Advisor, or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident handling busy workloads and prioritising effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
