Lead a High-Performing Used Car Division
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi-site used car operation across Norwich and Diss. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager looking to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, with responsibility for driving performance, profitability and customer experience across a fast‑paced retail environment. You will be joining a forward‑thinking business that values strong leadership, operational excellence and a clear focus on results.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and driving performance across a multi‑site used car operation
- Managing stock control, vehicle preparation and pricing strategy
- Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
- Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
- Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across both sites
- Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings
- Working closely with senior leadership to deliver divisional objectives
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role
- Strong background in used vehicle operations is essential
- Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
- Experience driving Finance & Insurance performance
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development ability
- Commercially minded with a focus on results and profitability
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- £60,000 OTE (competitive basic salary + bonus structure)
- 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
