  • Our client is looking to recruit an experienced

Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a large and established Aftersales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has spent at least two years in a similar leadership role and is confident managing a sizeable team, driving departmental performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for a team of approximately

35 staff , with a strong focus on leadership, productivity, profitability and the overall performance of the Aftersales department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an Aftersales team of approximately 35 employees.
  • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the department.
  • Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators and financial targets.
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise individual and departmental performance.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and workshop performance.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives.
  • Ensure all operational, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
  • Deal confidently with customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Your Background & Skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Aftersales Management role.

  • Proven experience managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales team.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive departmental performance.
  • Excellent understanding of Aftersales operations, KPIs and profitability.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a large team.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.
