Duties
- Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium dealership experience.
- Handle vehicle finance, add-ons, and warranty upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer contact and deal records in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up leads.
- Develop detailed product knowledge across all manufacturer vehicles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a Main dealership or automotive retailer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and motivated to deliver results.
- Confident with digital enquiry systems and finance processes.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
