Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm), 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 12pm)

Our client, located in Great Yarmouth is on the hunt for a skilled Aftersales Manager to join their team. If you’re in the Motor Trade and hold experience as an Aftersales Manager, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and control WIP, warranty and debtors as well as managing the parts support process and ensuring Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained.
  • You must be able to command respect, trust and set the pace for the team, finding positive ways to achieve business results.
  • You will be monitoring and controlling sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing action required to improve sales.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a progressive career to date and have a good understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques and ideally have a strong technical background.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or someone looking to step up who has strong experience and knowledge of the Service Reception, Workshop and Parts departments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good at problem solving and identifying solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your own decision and actions.
  • Ability to manage a team and give instruction.
