Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm), Saturday: 1 in 4 Saturdays

Our client, a busy main dealership in the Chester area, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician or dedicated MOT Tester looking to work within a professional dealership environment, with strong earning potential and a supportive team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
  • Performing diagnostics and fault finding on a range of vehicles
  • Completing MOT testing where qualified
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with workshop procedures
  • Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
  • Working closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Delivering high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Your Background & Skill:

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a main dealership or professional workshop
  • MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
