Our client, a busy main dealership in the Chester area, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician or dedicated MOT Tester looking to work within a professional dealership environment, with strong earning potential and a supportive team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
- Performing diagnostics and fault finding on a range of vehicles
- Completing MOT testing where qualified
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with workshop procedures
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Working closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Your Background & Skill:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a main dealership or professional workshop
- MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
