They are looking for bright and enthusiastic professionals to join their events team who have a strong background in organising and hosting events, love meeting and networking with clients/delegates, and have a keen eye for detail.

As an Events Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the action — travelling nationwide to help plan, build, and deliver powerful events that drive real business impact. Around 50% of your time will be spent on the road, staying in hotels, working shoulder-to-shoulder with their expert team, and making sure every event runs like clockwork. • Contribute to location selection in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Event Delivery
    • Lead the delivery of Preview Events across the UK
    • Brief and coordinate the on-site event team
    • Monitor sales activity and energy in the room
    • Troubleshoot issues and ensure every event delivers a high standard of client experience

  • You’re sharp, proactive, and take pride in delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Professional, well-presented, and switched‑on – someone who can represent the company at a high standard in front of clients and guests.
  • A Driving Licence is a MUST for this role as you will need to be able to travel with the team and share driving responsibilities in the company transport vehicles.

What you will get:
