Parts Advisor to join their busy and professional Parts Department.
Working as part of an established team of three Parts Advisors
, this is an excellent opportunity for an automotive Parts professional looking to join a premium dealership environment with excellent earning potential, career development and long-term progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an automotive parts environment and be confident dealing with both internal workshop requirements and customer enquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and supply the correct parts for workshop, retail and trade customers.
- Manage parts enquiries efficiently via phone, email and in person.
- Work closely with the Service Department and Technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently.
- Order, receive and check incoming parts deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control processes.
- Process parts orders, invoices and returns accurately.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Support the wider Parts Department with day-to-day operations.
- Your Background & Skills
- Minimum 18 months’ experience working within an automotive Parts Advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and ordering processes.
- Experience within a dealership environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced department.
- Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
