We are currently working with a well-established main dealer group in the Borehamwood area who are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and professional workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with the right experience to join a stable business offering strong earning potential and long-term career prospects.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer standards and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
  • Maintaining accurate records and up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Delivering excellent customer service that encourages loyalty and repeat business
  • Working collaboratively as part of a busy workshop team
  • Providing clear and professional technical advice when required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or reputable independent garage
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
