Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Human Resources, eager to learn, and contribute to the effective management of HR functions. This internship offers a real opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the HR operations of a busy legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
- Help in the administration of employee benefits and payroll documentation.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Contribute to HR projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from staff, providing guidance when appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
