We are looking for an individual with business development experience to lead the day‐to‐day management of the team's activities and to help secure new consultancy commissions, reporting to a senior manager within the Masterplanning & Commercial team. In addition to collaborating with design teams, clients, consultants, community stakeholders, and other parties to meet overall project objectives, they will be responsible for building and promoting our service offering. • Adaptability: Thrives in an evolving environment; demonstrates flexibility in handling new challenges and shifting priorities.

  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using specialist software, to analyse spatial data and produce computer‐generated maps that assess factors like walkability in urban environments. Also, CRM systems, productivity tools, and digital platforms to support business development activities.
