We are keen to support students and have places available for RIBA Part 1 qualified individuals seeking a 1-year placement. The individual will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, working as part of a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and creative individual, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding experience. Successful candidates will have an interest in traditional and/or classical design, and an eye for detail.

- Good drawing and presentation skills, attention to detail is key.
- Strong design ability.
- Awareness of building technologies and environmental design.
- Awareness of technical standards, regulatory frameworks and health and safety requirements.
- Well organised, with good time management skills; proficient at working on a varied portfolio of work and meeting all deadlines.

Skills & Abilities
- Skilled at hand drawing and sketching.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

- Working knowledge of 3D Modelling Software (Rhino, Blender, 3DS Max).
- Awareness of Archicad (Training provided, principal drafting software).
