Financial Crime Assurance Manager

Glasgow or Milton Keynes (hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced 2nd line of defence Financial Crime Assurance Manager to join this high-profile bank\’s team at the forefront of FC risk and compliance management.

This is a full-time hybrid role will be a mixture of working from home and the Glasgow (or Milton Keynes) offices.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the Financial Crime risk strategy, ensuring the bank’s controls and compliance measures meet regulatory and operational standards. You will lead FC assurance reviews by evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of Financial Crime Controls to identify potential risks or gaps, interacting with senior stakeholders.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

You will have strong experience of Fin Crime Assurance in a second line oversight (or audit) capacity, and an in-depth knowledge of UK financial crime regulations including Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act, the FCA Handbook, and JMLSG Guidance.
