We are delighted to be supporting a high profile global client in the search for a newly created Compliance Director position, based in Dunfermline. The organisation is strengthening its compliance framework to support continued growth, enhance governance and assurance, and ensure the highest standards of ethical business practice across international markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the chance to shape and lead a global compliance programme, working closely with executive stakeholders. It will be a visible role with influence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and implementing a robust compliance framework

- Enhancing compliance risk assessment processes

- Establishing and supporting the Compliance Committee and contributing to Risk Committee activity
