About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Looker Developer to join our growing Analytics & Insights team. You’ll take a lead role in building, optimising, and maintaining reporting solutions across the business, working with large datasets and exploring AI-driven improvements in analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation and take ownership of dashboards, models, and reporting processes that help the business make better, data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain Looker models, Explores, and dashboards
- Work with BigQuery and SQL on complex, large-scale datasets
- Troubleshoot and optimise Looker queries and data models for performance
- Explore AI-driven analytics solutions to improve reporting, insights, and automation
- Lead Looker best practices and mentor other developers
- Maintain accurate documentation for models, dashboards, and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker and LookML
- Solid SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and optimising performance
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights
- Experience with GIT and JIRA is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
