I’m working with a leading organisation that is delivering a major HR transformation programme, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER). They are seeking an experienced Change Manager who can drive business operating model change within a multi-stream programme and ensure effective transformation across HR, specifically within Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating model change, ideally gained in HR/ER environments, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, and apply best practice change management approaches.
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Department: HR – Group Strategy and Transformation
Essential Skills Needed:
- Extensive Change Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering operating model change across large, multi-stream programmes.
- Demonstrable experience leading change within Employee Relations (ER) operating models or broader HR transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across HR and the wider business.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities within large-scale change delivery programmes.
- In-depth knowledge of best practice change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
