Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our fast‑growing team based in either our Epsom (Surrey) or Covent Garden (London) office. This role involves undertaking a broad range of surveying duties for high‑net‑worth private clients as well as retrofit and affordable housing projects, predominantly in London and the Southeast.

    • Represents and promotes Adair positively at all times.

What You'll Need

  • To have an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Be a chartered member of the RICS (MRICS) or willing to work towards your APC and gain full membership status.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients and members of the public.
  • PQS experience preferable.
  • Good IT skills and a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and strive to provide a quality service.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will depend on level of education and experience. Benefits include pension, private health care, life insurance and critical illness cover.

Location: Epsom (Surrey) or Covent Garden (London) office.
