About the Role We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in London and Epsom.
This is a varied consultancy role involving a broad range of pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, prime and super-prime developments.
Responsibilities will include
- Cost planning and feasibility estimates
- Procurement and tendering
- Preparing tender and contract documentation
- Interim valuations and payment recommendations
- Variations, cost reporting and cash-flow forecasting
- Final account negotiations
- Advising clients on commercial and contractual matters
- Managing client relationships and project instructions
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors The role offers clear progression towards Associate Director and Director level.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for a commercially aware and client-focused Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience.
You should be confident managing projects, advising clients and delivering accurate, high-quality work across a varied portfolio.
Experience in residential, high-end refurbishment, mixed-use or development projects would be particularly beneficial.
