WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR This is a challenging and highly rewarding role, which offers a wide variety of experiences and opportunity to be a part of the team that has been driving standards within the construction industry for three decades. Are you willing to play a pivotal role in driving the company\’s marketing efforts, increasing brand awareness, and generate leads for our in-house experts? As the Business Development and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of our organisation. You will play a key role in evolving our business with new and existing clients. * Generate new business opportunities to support revenue generation. * Manage and maintain existing client relationships. * Establish, drive and manage a coherent integrated marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques. * Devise, implement and monitor compliance of the organisational social media policy. * Plan workload for campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required for all digital marketing. Create and build digital campaigns, managing online budgets accordingly, along with identifying online demographics to target. * Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media and content marketing. * Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilising analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers and create opportunities for collaboration and thought leadership. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our marketing efforts are well-aligned and differentiate us in the marketplace. * Utilise marketing automation and CRM systems to track and nurture leads. WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Proven experience as a Business Development / Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of Business Development and Marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. * Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing strategies. * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience managing external agencies and vendors is a plus. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Desire to drive business growth strategies. * Ability to work well independently and collaboratively. * Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook.
