The lettings team are responsible for finding suitable tenants for properties within our rental portfolio as and when they become available or when new properties come to the market. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Qualifying potential applicants
- Arranging viewing and valuation appointments
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Taking applications and discussing with landlords
- Chasing referencing and arranging required certificates prior to tenant move in
- General office administration
- Conduct “move in” appointments with tenants
