We’re looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to take charge of multi-channel paid growth for a diverse portfolio of subscription products. You’ll work directly with clients across multiple verticals, lead a talented UA team, and partner with our Creative and Product squads to build growth systems that deliver real, measurable impact. What You Will Do

  • Lead acquisition strategy and performance across several client projects
  • Manage and support a team of UA specialists, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Build scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion
  • Drive creative testing cycles in partnership with the Creative Production team
  • Oversee tracking, event validation, and attribution quality across channels
  • Conduct weekly client reviews with insights, recommendations, and clear action plans
  • Align UA efforts with product growth and monetization initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape changes

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid UA across Meta, Google, TikTok
  • Proven results scaling mobile apps in multiple verticals
  • Experience with web-to-web acquisition flows
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with post-ATT measurement approaches
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of subscription economics
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and support UA specialists
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting strategy and performance to clients
  • Ability to structure experiments, interpret results, and recommend next steps
  • Fluent English and solid cross-functional collaboration skills

It’d Be Great If You Have

  • Experience with additional channels: Apple Search Ads (ASA), ASO, Google Search, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience managing high-spend campaigns ($1M+ per month)
  • Background in agency, consulting, or multi-client environments
  • Experience with subscription-heavy categories or multi-vertical portfolios
