The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who can set the strategic agenda across high profile and innovative accounts. You will be providing senior strategic and communications planning thought‑leadership to all of your accounts. You will seek to identify and understand the challenges that sit at the heart of our client’s business, helping them to articulate a strategic approach and a path towards growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a dynamic client team and work very closely with our Head of Strategy & Planning who will be there as senior support and will offer overall leadership and guidance.
  • You’ll also get involved in new business too, creating a pitch‑winning strategic approach.
  • You will play a key part in advancing the wider agency too, so whatever you’re passionate about, be it creativity, inclusion, sustainability, data, or effectiveness, we’d love to hear more.

Requirements

  • Experience of producing high quality strategic output, ideally across a range of clients.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, etc).
  • Previous experience with consumer monitoring tools, e.g. TGI/Yougov.
  • Familiar with industry intelligence sources e.g. WARC/Mintel.
  • Ability to work solo or as part of a team as required by the nature of the brief or project.
  • Analytical thinking with a creative flair, possesses the ability to recognise and overcome critical questions.
  • Self‑motivated and able to produce work in a structured and timely fashion.
  • Inquisitive about the world and consumers; interested in impact and outcomes and the underlying business of our clients.
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.

We call this core hour working, meaning you can request a flex the start and end times of your working day around the core hours of 10.30am to 4.30pm. In addition to the statutory Bank Holidays, we offer 27 days annual leave per calendar year, and the option to buy more.
